1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Tours cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.
• Tours cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
• We may offer to reschedule your tour, subject to availability, but this is not guaranteed.

2. Minimum Group Size
• Our tours require a minimum of two participants to operate.
• If you book for one person only, we reserve the right to cancel the tour or contact you to reschedule.

3. Families with Young Children
• Families traveling with children under the age of 5 are required to book a private tour for the comfort and safety of all guests.

4. Weather Conditions
• Tours run in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately and check the weather forecast before your tour date.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
• Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of booking.
• While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, please note that you may not receive the full food menu offered to other guests.
